represents you in a Real estate transaction (Buying or Selling). We offer
you the use of our RCI Time share condo for (1) one week!
Destinations and travel times are subject to availability and confirmed on a
first come, first served basis. RCI offers include only accommodations and
specifically exclude travel costs and other expenses that may be incurred.
Taxes, additional fees and charges may apply. Mexican and other all-
inclusive resorts may charge a mandatory all-inclusive fee.
One week per customer. Can not be combined with other promotions.
After reservations are confirmed with brokers and RCI a Guest certificate
will be given to traveler (can not be transferred or changed).
Transaction has to be notarized before traveling time.
Customer will have one year from notarized transaction to travel.
