    • Our website, www.lorion.ca is linked to www.remax-quebec.com and is providing us with statistical information that allows us to analyze the number of serious visitors. It helps us to adjust and improve our marketing plan immediately.
    • Local advertising is supplemented every weekend in RE/MAX Open House Tab that is inserted each weekend into The Gazette newspaper
    • Our team customizes marketing plans to showcase the listing to potential markets. For example we highlight our luxury homes prominently in “xxx Magazine”

    • Discovering what’s important to YOU is a crucial first step when searching for your dream home. We always conduct a buyer counseling session to discuss and analyze your needs and goals, and to plan the search for your new property.
    • We provide information on lenders and financing alternatives as part of the financial pre-qualification process to identify your range of affordability and increase your negotiating strength.
    • Our search covers the local Multiple Listing Service, Expired Listings, For Sale by Owners, Bank Repossessions and New Construction for suitable properties and show you properties that meet the criteria you have identified.
